7 Deadly Signs You Need To Detox Now

Alex Rumman

The more toxins you have in your body, the faster you age, so detoxing daily is one great way to keep yourself feeling spicy and new. Here are some obvious warning signs that you REALLY need to detox.

1. Bad Breath
If you have raunchy breath or a yellow-coated tongue and no amount of brushing, peppermint gum or mega mints can seem to make it go away, it could be that your liver is having trouble getting rid of all the toxins in your body.

2. Brain Fog
Put simply, brain fog is when you need to think way to hard to remember things you should know automatically and toxic chemicals like pesticides (found on food) and formaldehyde (found in carpets and couches) are said to be a major cause of it. Once you free yourself of chemicals, heavy metals and more, you’d be surprised how much better you’re able to focus, remember and get things done.

3. Blotchy Skin
When you’re overloaded with toxins, some of it will come out in your skin in the form of breakouts, rashes, even puffy eyes. This is a sign that your body has reached the limit of the toxins that it can deal with.

4. Restless Nights
Your body does some important maintenance and cleaning work at night, especially between 1am and 3am when your liver is functionally optimally. So, if you find yourself waking up around these times night after night, it could be a sign that your body is struggling to cope with the toxic overload.

5. Body Odor
Overheating, excess sweating, harsh body odor, and frequent gas is a sign that your body is working really hard to push out toxins and is in need of a deeper cleansing.

6. Fatigue
If you wake up in the morning feeling sluggish and groggy, and pretty much stay that way throughout the day, a detox might just do the trick.

7. Difficulty Losing Weight
If you’ve been on a strict healthy diet and can’t figure out why you’re not able to lose weight, it could be that there is a buildup of waste in your body that is presenting the absorption of the vitamins and minerals in these foods. Detoxing cleans your slate and gives you a fresh start.
